"Are Foreclosure Deals Coming to an End?"
Saturday, November 14, 2009

MSN Money says: "One of the best places to invest is in foreclosures and bargain residential real estate. You can buy foreclosures for as cheap as 30% or 40% below market."
I invested in some real estate myself about a year ago in California, one of the worst hit spots as far as property values go. Even though values declined after I bought, I now see what looks like the market bottoming out. I'm glad I have secured my investment, as the value has already gone up.
I'm no real estate specialist, but I think now is the time to buy, and I'm not the only one. There are bargains to be had, and the deals won't last forever. Access all foreclosures in your area
